You can order prescriptions through SystmOnline and have them sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy for you to collect. System online is the most effective way of ordering your medication.
You will need to call us or send a query through engage consult to register for online services
If you are unable to use our system online please email your prescription request to firstname.lastname@example.org You must include your full name ,DOB , address ,medication required and the name of the pharmacy you wish your prescription to be sent to .If the pharmacy is out of area we will also need the postcode .If your request has not arrived at your pharmacy within 72 working hours please contact reception on 01908 658850
Please allow 48 working hours for your prescription to be processed at the surgery and sent to the pharmacy
EPS is a way of allowing us to send your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice you can no longer collect your prescription from the practice . Please advise reception of the chemist you wish to use. You can change your chemist to suit you at any time
When requesting a repeat prescription please use the online service where possible alternatively use your computer print out of the medication and tick the items you require and post it through the red letterbox at each site . You can also post it to the surgery, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope we will forward your prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice

Please note, we do not take requests for repeat medication over the telephone, the exception to this would be for the disabled, elderly or patients who are vulnerable
If you wish a chemist to collect your prescription you will need to arrange this yourself. Some pharmacies will provide a home delivery service for housebound and elderly patients but you will need to ask your pharmacy.
We do not accept ordering of medicines from pharmacies unless you request that we assist you with this service
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate telephone consultation to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
